About: The VT Center for Autism Research and VT Autism Clinic is happy to announce the fourth annual VTAC Outreach Conference and fifth annual VTCAR Conference.
The theme for this year will be advocacy. The VTAC conference will feature talks from our yearly parent panel as well as a highly acclaimed father-son duo that will provide: “a rare and truthful look inside a dad’s life raising a son on the autism spectrum.”
In addition, the VTCAR conference will feature multiple scientific talks from our VTCAR researchers, students, and partners on core areas of biomedical, technology, clinical translational, and educational research.
This year, the VT Autism Clinic (VTAC) Outreach Conference and the VT Center for Autism Research (VTCAR) Conference will combine to provide two days of autism related information. Faculty, students, affiliates, and community memebers are all invited to attend.
Both conferences will be held at the Biocomplexity Institute of Virginia Tech in Conference Room 145. The VTAC Conference will take place March 30 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The VTCAR Conference will take place March 31 from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Register: You can register for one or both conferences by contacting Zoe Waddell at firstname.lastname@example.org by March 21. Please indicate in your message which conference(s) you will be attending.
